Warranty

Every machine is backed by real coverage and US-based parts support — because a warranty only matters if someone actually answers when you need it.

What's covered

• 4-year machine warranty on most models (the exact term is listed on each product page) — covering the engine, hydraulic pumps, valves, cylinders, and drivetrain against manufacturing defects.
• 1-year parts & attachments warranty — buckets, thumbs, augers, breakers and included attachments.
• Wear items (tracks, pins, bushings, filters, fluids, teeth) are covered against manufacturing defects for 90 days.

How a claim works

1. Message us in chat or email support@globalconstructionequipment.com with your order number, a description, and photos or a short video of the issue.
2. Our technicians diagnose it with you — usually the same day.
3. We ship replacement parts from US stock (typically within a week) or arrange repair. If a covered issue can't be fixed, we replace the machine.

What's not covered

• Damage from misuse, overloading, accidents, or unauthorized modification
• Routine maintenance items and adjustments (fluids, filters, greasing, track tensioning)
• Rust or cosmetic wear from normal outdoor use

Keep it simple

Register nothing, mail nothing — your order number is your warranty. Keep up with the maintenance schedule in your operator manual and you're covered.
