Shipping & Freight Delivery

Every machine ships free, fully insured, anywhere in the continental United States. No freight calculators, no surprise charges at checkout — the price you see includes professional delivery to your driveway or job site.

How machine delivery works

1. Order confirmation. You'll receive an email confirmation immediately, and our team verifies your delivery address and contact number.
2. Pre-shipment inspection. Your machine is inspected, fluid-checked and photographed before it leaves the warehouse.
3. Dispatch. Machines ship from a US warehouse within 2–5 business days on an insured LTL or flatbed carrier.
4. Scheduling call. The freight dispatcher calls you to schedule a delivery window that works for you — you'll never miss a delivery.
5. Liftgate delivery. The driver unloads at your driveway or job site. You just need a reasonably flat, accessible spot.

Typical door-to-door time is 5–10 business days depending on your state. Smaller items (buckets, attachments, parts) ship by standard ground carrier in 5–8 business days.

When your machine arrives — 60 seconds that protect you

Before signing the delivery receipt, walk around the machine and check for visible shipping damage. If you see anything, note it on the Bill of Lading before signing and photograph it. Freight insurance covers you completely when damage is documented at delivery — this one-minute check makes any claim effortless.
