Orders & pricing

• All prices are in US dollars. Promotional pricing is valid while displayed.
• We may cancel and fully refund an order in cases of obvious pricing error, stock error, or suspected fraud — you'll be notified immediately.
• Sales are limited to the United States.

Shipping, returns & warranty

Delivery, returns and warranty coverage are governed by our Shipping Policy, Return Policy and Warranty — they're part of these terms.

Equipment operation & safety

• Heavy equipment is dangerous when misused. You are responsible for reading the operator manual, wearing appropriate protection, and following all local regulations before operating any machine.
• Machines are sold for off-road/worksite use. Check your state and local rules for transport requirements.
• Keep untrained operators, children and bystanders away from operating equipment.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or project delays. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Intellectual property

Site content, product descriptions, and images are our property or used with permission and may not be reproduced commercially without consent.
