Returns & Refunds

60-day return window on every machine. If your equipment isn't everything we promised, we'll make it right — repair, replace, or take it back.

The basics

• You have 60 days from delivery to start a return.
• The machine must be in substantially the condition you received it (normal test-hours are fine; damage from misuse or missing components may reduce the refund).
• Attachments and parts are returnable within 60 days, unused and in original packaging.

How to start a return

1. Message us in chat or email support@globalconstructionequipment.com with your order number and a short description (photos help us move fast).
2. We issue a Return Authorization and handle the freight booking and paperwork with you.
3. Once the machine arrives back and passes inspection, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or defective on arrival?

That's on us — 100%. Note any damage on the Bill of Lading at delivery, send us the photos, and we'll repair, replace, or refund at no cost to you, return freight included.

Return freight

For damage, defects, or our error: we pay all return freight. For change-of-mind returns, return freight and a 10% restocking fee are deducted from the refund — we'll quote the exact number before you commit, so there are never surprises.

Cancellations

Orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded in full, immediately. Once a machine is on the truck, the standard return process applies.
